Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to support NAVFAC MIDLANT at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. The CM will oversee all phases of construction on diverse projects, ensuring constructability, safety, and adherence to schedule and budget.

You will coordinate with contractors, attend meetings, review submittals, and provide technical solutions on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture per NAVFAC requirements.
• PE/RA registration desirable.
• Minimum seven years' CM/PM/QCM experience on $5M+ projects.
• Strong supervisory and field coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for constructability and field compatibility.
• Attend pre-bid site visits and coordinate meetings.
• Review submittals and government-approval documents.
• Manage RFIs, schedule, budget, and safety programs.
• Provide technical solutions for on-site problems and support contract closeout.
