Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in program/project/construction management with MILCON exposure.
• Experience with federal agencies and DoD programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead MILCON programs and projects from planning to closeout.
• Act as primary liaison with government clients and design teams.
• Develop and implement PM plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
• Monitor performance to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.
• Provide oversight across planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Facilitate meetings and briefings with executives and stakeholders.
• Review cost estimates, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
