Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in program/project/construction management with MILCON exposure.
Experience with federal agencies and DoD programs preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead MILCON programs and projects from planning to closeout.
Act as primary liaison with government clients and design teams.
Develop and implement PM plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
Monitor performance to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.
Provide oversight across planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Facilitate meetings and briefings with executives and stakeholders.
Review cost estimates, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
