Job summary

North Wind Design is seeking a Program Manager to lead MILCON programs from planning through closeout. The role requires coordinating with government clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with federal requirements.

Based in Huntsville, AL or Las Vegas, NV or San Antonio, TX, this position offers Regular Full Time scheduling and travel up to 50%. A willingness to obtain the necessary government clearance is required to support federal projects.

Position Purpose

The Program Manager is responsible for leading, managing, planning, and coordinating Military Construction (MILCON) programs and projects from planning and programming through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. This position provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with federal regulations, agency requirements, and client objectives. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for government clients, stakeholders, design teams, and contractors while ensuring successful execution of project objectives.
