Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company, seeks an experienced welder in Ocala, FL to perform advanced welding tasks using 2G/3G/6G; read blueprints and assemble materials to exacting standards.

You will inspect welds, ensure compliance with AWS and industry specs, operate welding equipment, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while supporting continuous improvement and training of teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Math and blueprint reading skills.
• Must pass 2G, 3G or 6G certification within 30 days.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, or flux core welding processes.
• Strong understanding of welding codes, metallurgy, and inspection techniques.
• Must maintain AWS certification.
• Ability to read basic assembly prints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine welding processes.
• Prepare materials and setups; ensure welds meet standards.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with codes.
• Operate welding equipment and work with various metals as required.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in training others.
• Assist with on-time production and continuous improvement.
