Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company, in Ocala, FL, seeks a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team. You will weld to exacting specifications on large, custom vehicles, maintain AWS certifications, and ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading prints, following weld procedures, working from shop orders, and collaborating with teammates to keep workflow efficient while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be certified according to AWS certification.
• Must be knowledgeable in Lean Methodologies.
• Must also have the ability to read and understand basic assembly prints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AWS welding certifications to ensure compliance with E-ONE/NFPA specification.
• Work from shop orders, specifications, prints and instructions.
• Review material and product requirements; ensure parts are cut and prepared as prescribed.
• Set parts in assembly fixture, position, layout and clamp in place in specified orientation to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Move work to succeeding work area to maintain workflow.
• Support training and orientation programs for new and transferring employees and report on results.
