Job summary

SPEC Services in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver midstream engineering projects, including gas and liquids facilities, pipelines, and brownfield work. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary client contact, and drive outcomes through disciplined execution.

This hybrid role requires strong risk management, clear communication, and a practical ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of broad engineering/project management experience.
• 7+ years in midstream or related project work.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent, multidisciplinary midstream projects.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments from kickoff to completion.
• Develop execution plans, staffing strategies, and Delivery schedules.
• Coordinate across mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, process, and pipeline engineering.
• Lead constructability planning in operating facilities and tie-ins.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and QA/QC across deliverables.
