Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Pipeline Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead our pipeline engineering and geohazard management practice. The role is based in Houston or The Woodlands office, with possibility for other locations.

You will deliver mid-stream oil and gas pipeline projects, develop design basis, oversee project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pipeline engineering experience in a consulting setting.
• Ability to lead projects, manage schedules, and travel to client sites.
• Knowledge of ASME codes and pipeline design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipelines design basis, feasibility studies, and route analysis.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications for mid-stream projects.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage project delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and review deliverables.
