Job summary

Gulf Companies in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mid-size to large pipeline projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and compliance with contractual requirements.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction, supervise project engineers and stay aligned with client expectations on domestic and international work.

Qualifications

• BS degree in appropriate discipline and 15–20+ years of experience, incl. 10+ years in PM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client interaction experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational capabilities; ability to manage complex teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of mid-size to large projects, domestic and international.
• Develop project schedule, budget, manpower forecasts and execution plans.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with Gulf procedures and client requirements.
• Direct PM group personnel and coordinate with engineering/design teams.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with Business Development for future opportunities.
• Conduct monthly project reviews with senior management and oversee project engineers.
