UFG Insurance is seeking a Sr Production Underwriter - Middle Market to join the Southwest Region. This fully remote position focuses on underwriting complex mid-market business, managing a renewal book, and mentoring teammates while building strong agency partnerships.

The role emphasizes profit-driven underwriting, risk assessment, and effective portfolio management to meet regional targets. Travel is required as per book of business; flexible work options may be available.

Competenze

• 5+ years commercial lines underwriting experience preferred.
• Completion of or working towards AU, CIC and/or CPCU designations preferred.

• Profitably underwrite complex new and renewal business with risk and pricing.
