Job summary

UFG Insurance is seeking a Sr. Production Underwriter to join the Southwest Region and manage middle market business across multiple lines. You will underwrite, price, and set terms within delegated authority while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong agency partnerships.

You will mentor colleagues, handle renewals in your book, and collaborate with various internal teams to optimize the portfolio and achieve profit and premium targets. Travel as needed in the territory is expected.
