Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of relevant financial services experience or related analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, work ethic, and adaptability.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles with practical application.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis of moderately complex borrower statements, projections, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and repayment capacity.
• Evaluate industry trends, business models, and macro factors to identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to and review detailed credit memoranda with recommended structures and mitigants for senior approval.
• Oversee borrower reviews, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and early warnings.
• Serve as a resource on portfolio credits, transaction structures, and risk considerations.
• Drive ad hoc portfolio analyses and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across credit systems.
