Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Commercial Banking, CRE, or Wealth Specialty experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CRE credit delivery principles.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Diligence and underwriting for less complex, smaller credit relationships.
• Support credit presentation prep and coordinate with legal docs through closing.
• Ensure loan documents align with approvals; address issues with RM.
• Analyze financial statements, projections, risks and mitigants.
• Manage portfolio client contact; possible on-site visits.
• Mentor Credit Delivery Analysts.
