Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Banking Senior Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of middle-market clients across manufacturing, distribution, and services.

You will deliver tailored banking solutions, including loans, treasury management, deposits, and credit facilities, while guiding clients through growth strategies. Responsibilities include developing new business, managing risk, coordinating internal resources, and mentoring junior relationship managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial banking experience with demonstrated success managing middle market relationships.
• Proven record of business development, portfolio growth, and credit underwriting.
• Experience serving corporate and industrial clients with annual revenues generally between $20 million and $500+ million.
• Experience structuring complex commercial credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development plans to acquire new middle market relationships.
• Identify opportunities through prospecting, centers of influence, referrals, and existing client relationships.
• Build pipelines to achieve loan, deposit, revenue, and fee-income goals.
• Conduct client discovery meetings to understand financial needs and objectives.
• Represent the bank within the local business community to enhance market visibility.
