Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Commercial Banking Middle Market Senior Relationship Manager to develop, manage and expand a portfolio of middle market relationships by delivering comprehensive banking solutions that support clients' growth and strategic objectives.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years commercial banking experience with middle market clients.
- Experience with financial statement analysis and credit underwriting.
- Experience serving mid-market with $20M–$500M+ revenue.
- MBA or specialized banking education preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute plans to acquire new middle market relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of middle market commercial clients.
- Structure and negotiate commercial credit facilities.
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow trends.
- Coordinate with treasury management and other banking partners.
- Maintain CRM records and conduct regular client reviews.
