The role requires a deep financial acumen, strong relationship management, and the ability to navigate senior client engagements while aligning with risk and credit teams to maintain portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of commercial lending experience
• Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
• Thorough knowledge of complex credit and credit quality
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a complex portfolio of Columbus/Ohio-based commercial clients within the Institutional Client Group.
• Structure credit facilities and deliver tailored banking solutions to support growth and liquidity.
