Job summary

Ncounter is seeking an experienced Platform Specialist to own a Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring secure, reliable collaboration services across Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace technologies.

You'll administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, drive automation with PowerShell and APIs, and help deploy Microsoft Copilot while maintaining resilience and security in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Azure services focusing on identity, networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms within complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Support Azure-based infrastructure and identity services.
• Drive automation through PowerShell and APIs to reduce manual effort.
• Help introduce and support Microsoft Copilot and related technologies while ensuring security and value.
