Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

You will serve as a Tier 3 escalation point, drive automation with PowerShell, and collaborate with Infra, Security, and App teams to improve platform stability and cross-tenant collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and support.
• Experience with Exchange Hybrid (on-prem + Online) and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Entra ID/Azure AD identity and access management.
• Hands-on scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related security/identity domains are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Microsoft 365 services including hybrid Exchange.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Diagnose mail flow, connectors, and hybrid connectivity issues; support Copilot and Viva integrations.
• Collaborate on cross-tenant migrations and domain cutovers; implement long-term fixes.
• Create SOPs and documentation; drive automation using Graph API and PowerShell.
