Job summary

Celigo, a modern iPaaS platform, seeks a Senior Microsoft Partner Manager to build and scale Microsoft ERP partnerships driving measurable growth. This hunting and business development role identifies the right partners, enables robust Celigo practices, and treats outcomes as their own.

You’ll lead joint GTM, co-sell, and enablement efforts with cross-functional impact. You will monitor KPIs, negotiate contracts, and refine programs based on data and feedback, staying ahead of ERP trends and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in alliances, business development, or channel management, SaaS/tech preferred.
Proven track record building ERP or strategic technology partnerships.
Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Own the full Microsoft ERP partner lifecycle from identification to revenue performance.
Define and drive ERP partner strategy aligned to Celigo's goals and market shifts.
Develop joint GTM strategies with ERP partners including co-marketing and co-selling.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to maximize ERP revenue.
Enable partners to market and sell Celigo solutions and remove blockers to progress.
Use AI to research target partners, generate insights, and accelerate enablement content.
