Qualifications

• 4+ years of SharePoint Online administration in Microsoft 365.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Experience managing permissions, site configurations, libraries, and user support.
• Strong troubleshooting and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and related configurations.
• Monitor SharePoint Online for glitches, errors, and performance issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Customize sites and pages; adjust layout and structure to meet company needs.
• Analyze user activity on SharePoint to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain records of SharePoint updates and actions for audits and reporting.
• Provide technical support to SharePoint users; address questions from end users and directors.
• Maintain SharePoint security and control sharing per policy.
• Support content organization and metadata management; content types and term stores.
• Assist business teams with document management andSharePoint adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; keep IT leadership informed on health and usage.
• Keep current on Microsoft 365 updates and communicate changes to users.
• Extend platform with Power Platform and other tools where applicable.
