Recor Medical is seeking a technically skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Administrator to lead SharePoint Online and Power Platform governance, adoption, and optimization. You will partner with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and modernize processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, security-conscious governance, and collaboration with IT leadership to ensure compliant, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SharePoint Online administration and support in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Practical experience managing permissions, site configurations, libraries, and user support in SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and configurations; keep environment healthy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint Online performance to minimize user disruption.
• Customize sites and pages; manage content organization and metadata.
• Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline workflows.
• Support Power BI report publishing and basic workspace administration as needed.
• Maintain governance, DLP policies, and information protection controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement approved technical solutions.
