Job summary

Coretek Services seeks a Senior Microsoft Consultant to lead client engagements across Microsoft 365 E5 productivity, security, and endpoint management, balancing user productivity with enterprise risk.

You will design, implement, and govern M365 solutions, lead migrations, and mentor junior staff while aligning with Coretek methodologies. This role requires strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology infrastructure design and deployment focusing on Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, endpoint compliance).
• Experience with Defender, Purview, Entra ID security solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions focusing on productivity and security.
• Lead migrations and modernization across Exchange and files to Microsoft 365.
• Establish governance for collaboration, sharing, and data lifecycle.
• Lead endpoint transformation with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Deliver security and compliance capabilities and risk recommendations.
• Act as technical lead on engagements and mentor junior consultants.
