GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Security Engagement Lead to own client relationships and drive the delivery of Microsoft security consulting engagements spanning Entra ID, M365, and Azure. In this senior role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise clients shaping solutions, scoping engagements, and ensuring delivery with precision and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with 6+ years in Microsoft security across M365, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Proven leadership in enterprise deployments, migrations, and modernization.
• Deep Entra ID expertise: CA, MFA, Identity Governance, PIM.
• Strong Microsoft 365 security and Compliance knowledge incl Purview.
• Hands-on Defender suite and Sentinel experience.
• Presales, SOWs, RFPs, and client workshops experience.

Responsibilities

• Presales leadership across sales cycle with demos/workshops.
• Own SOWs, RFPs, and pre-sales solution architectures for Entra ID, M365, Azure.
• Oversee delivery teams ensuring quality and scope alignment.
• Build executive relationships translating tech outcomes to business value.
• Architect Microsoft security services and reference architectures.
• Design Zero Trust across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Implement Defender and Sentinel for unified detection and response.
• Manage endpoint with Intune and secure device/app management.
• Automate integrations with PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform.
