Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Microsoft 365 Security Manager to lead security engagements across Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and Sentinel, guiding delivery from discovery to handover. You will manage both on-site and offshore engineers, interface with clients, and ensure risk-based configurations for M365 environments.

The role requires 6+ years in technical consulting with M365 security experience, willingness to travel up to 50% in North America, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting with project leadership/architect experience.
• 6+ years hands-on with M365 enterprise services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online).
• 6+ years with SCCM/Intune and MEM/MAM/MDM implementations or operations.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoints/Servers, Defender for Office, Sentinel, Purview & Entra ID.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America; sponsorship possible.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; relevant Microsoft/Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and act as project lead architect across Microsoft technologies.
• Support business development: scope, pricing, proposals for M365 security services.
• Deliver cloud security analysis and configurations for Entra ID, Office 365, SharePoint Online.
• Oversee onsite and offshore engineers; act as primary client interface.
• Perform health checks and guide transitions to M365 security services.
• Provide internal training on cloud cyber risk for Microsoft Purview, Intune, Defender, Sentinel.
• Develop cloud security policies, governance, access control, and incident monitoring.
• Document issues, analysis, communication, and resolution steps.
