Job summary

Health Solutions is hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to own the architecture, engineering, and administration of our Microsoft 365 environment across multiple sites in Colorado, partnering with clinical and business teams to reduce user friction and support growth.

You will automate routine tasks with PowerShell, manage Entra ID and core services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune), monitor health, and guide migrations and governance with vendors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on M365 administration in multi-location healthcare or regulated environments.
• MS-102 or SC-300 certification required.
• Deep Entra ID experience with at least two core services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Intune).
• Experience leading tenant and domain architecture and migrations.
• PowerShell for admin, reporting, or automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, change-control, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and secure Microsoft 365 platform, manage identity and core services.
• Lead tenant and domain strategy and migrations; coordinate with vendors.
• Automate configuration and reporting with PowerShell; maintain docs and procedures.
• Monitor service health, licensing, and platform risk; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, legal, and business teams; communicate options clearly.
