Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 platform engineering and service delivery, governance, and lifecycle management.

You will partner with product owners, security, and infrastructure to implement the platform strategy, ensure operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and lifecycle management.
Experience with service health, incident response, and remediation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering and operations for Microsoft 365 services.
Partner with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure to implement platform roadmap.
Provide technical leadership across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Drive platform stability, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Coordinate the evaluation and adoption of new platform capabilities.
Facilitate resolution of cross-platform issues and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate engineering across multiple teams and vendors.
Ensure operational readiness, service transition, and release management.
