Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Microsoft 365 Engineer to govern and evolve our Microsoft 365 productivity stack. You will work hands-on across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and 365 Apps to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

You will collaborate with service owners, cybersecurity, and architecture teams, driving modernization, automation, and practical adoption of new capabilities while supporting licensing optimization and vendor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online mailbox management, distribution lists, Teams policy, SharePoint Online and OneDrive permissions, Microsoft 365 groups, license troubleshooting, service health reviews, and PowerShell reporting/automation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on technical resource for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions balancing user experience, security, cost, supportability, and standards.
Support escalation and resolution of complex Microsoft 365 incidents, service issues, and platform challenges.
Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise requirements.
