Job summary

Openkyber, LLC seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Exchange Consultant to manage hybrid Exchange environments, optimize mail flow, and implement security controls across M365 services. The role requires strong client-facing skills, incident management, and hands-on administration of Exchange Edge servers, ADFS, and related tools.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of IT experience, including 4–5 years in large-scale M365 hybrid environments, and a Master’s degree or equivalent certifications

Qualifications

• 8-10 years overall IT experience.
• 4-5 years managing a large scale M365 hybrid environment.
• Microsoft Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client communication and manage customers with onsite presence.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Exchange in hybrid environments at L2-L4.
• Handle mail flow, connectors, and mail filtering/hygiene solutions.
