Job summary

Amtex Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Exchange Engineer to manage our Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online environments in a hybrid setup.

The role focuses on email infrastructure, security, and reliability, with opportunities to influence architecture and incident response. You will automate tasks with PowerShell, support Tier 3 incidents, and collaborate with security teams on DLP, encryption, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid configurations.
• Fluency in Exchange Online and its interactions with other M365 services such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Clearswift Secure Email Gateway, including policy configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting content filtering and protection against threats such as spam, direct harvest attacks, and reverse NDRs.
• Knowledge of TrendMicro ScanMail is a plus
