Job summary

Gambit Technologies in New York, NY seeks a Tier 3 Exchange engineer to own the hybrid Exchange 2019/Online environment. You will drive migrations to Microsoft 365, resolve advanced messaging incidents, and automate operations with PowerShell.

You will partner with the security team on DLP, encryption, and Purview policies, ensuring high mail availability and robust incident response. This is a specialized, on-prem plus cloud role focused on email infrastructure.

Our client runs a hybrid Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online environment, and they need a Tier 3 engineer to own it.

This isn’t a generalist sysadmin seat. Mail is the job. You’ll run the hybrid setup, push the move to Microsoft 365 forward, and be the last stop when messaging breaks.

You’ll also work closely with the security team on DLP, encryption and compliance. If you like the security side of email as much as the plumbing, you’ll enjoy this one.
