Job summary

Vuori, Inc in Carlsbad, California is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Systems - Microsoft 365 to own the engineering and operational health of Microsoft 365 services across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot for Vuori's global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation or integration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Define and maintain platform architecture, governance, security standards, lifecycle controls, and operational practices.
• Administer identity and access capabilities including Conditional Access, authentication, authorization, group management, user lifecycle processes, SSO, and SCIM integrations.
• Design and implement collaboration governance for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, external sharing, retention, and information protection.
• Build automation and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, APIs to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Security to implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls, support audit evidence, and participate in incident response and remediation activities.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues, lead root cause analysis, and maintain runbooks and architecture documentation.
