Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10+ years engineering and supporting enterprise M365 environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise: M365 administration, Power Platform, PowerShell, Graph API, Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID/IAM, Exchange/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive administration, M365 governance and compliance, and API authentication/OAuth/app registration models.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This role owns technical strategy across the Microsoft 365 platform — with emphasis on Power Platform, PowerShell automation, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Graph — and partners with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams to modernize collaboration and enable intelligent digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Architecture & Engineering

• Lead design, administration, and optimization of core workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview.
• Set enterprise standards for architecture, configuration, governance, and lifecycle management; lead complex implementations, migrations, and service improvements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for escalated issues.
• Architect business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

PowerShell Automation

• Build and maintain advanced automation for administration, monitoring, compliance, and reporting (provisioning, licensing, mailbox/Teams/SharePoint management, audits).
• Develop reusable script frameworks to improve consistency and reduce manual effort, supporting migrations and governance enforcement.
• Lead design, deployment, and governance of Copilot Studio solutions, including custom copilots and integrations.
• Identify practical AI use cases with business/technical teams; establish security and operational guardrails for AI solutions.
• Design secure integrations via Microsoft Graph API for automation, reporting, and orchestration across M365 workloads.
• Manage app registrations, permissions, authentication methods, and service principals per security best practices.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure solutions align with organizational policy and regulatory requirements; support governance across identity, data, retention, and access.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, change management, and risk assessments.
• Serve as senior SME and escalation point for M365 engineering and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; maintain documentation, standards, and architecture diagrams.

Required Qualifications
