Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint). You’ll help secure mail flows, support NOC and risk teams, and implement Copilot capabilities while ensuring consistent user experiences across the firm.

You will document procedures, support service changes per change management, and contribute to ongoing improvements in collaboration tools and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft 365 services including security/compliance.
• Experience supporting MS 365 service changes and documenting operations.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Power Platform, Azure Automation.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Experience with information risk, identity, and governance teams is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with email flow security and data retention in 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot MS 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support mail flow security, monitoring, policy application, issue resolution.
• Assist NOC with issue identification and root cause analysis.
• Execute 365 service changes per change management processes.
• Support risk teams in implementing email security controls and policies.
• Assist with user lifecycle, access management, and data retention workflows.
• Support Copilot adoption and related collaboration features.
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base content.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives.
