Performs migrations to Surgery Partners' email platform from various sources.
Logs requests in the ticketing system and tracks progress.
Follows up with staff to ensure incidents are resolved and communicated clearly.
Provides professional customer service and builds strong relationships.
Analyzes and resolves incidents related to applications or hardware.
Documents resolutions and updates self-help knowledge bases.
Collaborates with leadership to improve processes and procedures.
Handles escalations and provides after-hours support as needed.
