Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Email, Teams) to design, implement, configure, automate, and secure cloud solutions that support enterprise email and collaboration environments.

You will provide advanced technical leadership, mentor teammates, and ensure disaster recovery readiness and security best practices across Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years supporting Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise email architecture.
• Strong knowledge of email configuration (DKIM/DMARC/SPF/BIMI) and email eDiscovery.
• Experience with email security products and scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions in Microsoft 365.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, Email, and Teams.
• Convey complex information clearly to teams; ensure security best practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for Azure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to colleagues.
• Stay updated on Azure advancements and recommend innovations.
