You will use SPC and CAD for tooling design, with 5+ years of factory experience in complex hardware like microelectronics. US security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of implementing and managing Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools (e.g., Minitab, JPM) to drive yield improvements and reduce defects.
• 3+ years experience in CAD for designing tooling, fixtures and 3D fixturing.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a factory or shop floor setting, specifically working with complex hardware such as microelectronics, circuit cards (CCAs), or aerospace systems.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation

• Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.
