Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA seeks a Product Manager to support the Sensors High Mix Circuit Card Manufacturing area, coordinating with Program Operations Managers and Manufacturing Work Centers to ensure on-time integration of material and labor for those schedules. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners and frequent time in factory areas across Andover.

Qualifications

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent and 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
Experience in Manufacturing, Program and/or project management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate CCM schedules with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Chain Management, POMs, PPL, IPT, Engineering and other functional areas for depot work.
Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6Sigma best practices.
Lead the effort to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities.
Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.
