  • Manage operational budgets and financial performance to align with company objectives and program commitments
  • Serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership, program leadership, and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strong partnerships with supply chain and procurement to ensure material availability, hardware readiness, and minimal disruptions across manufacturing and development activities
  • Promote professional development and cross‑functional collaboration across factory personnel to strengthen manufacturing support and leadership capabilities
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • Experience in a leadership role managing production/engineering teams within a factory environment.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and align teams in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience leading cross‑functionally and provide clear guidance, critical thinking, and alignment to operational and program targets.
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing teams in high‑mix/low‑volume or advanced manufacturing environments, including microelectronics.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives resulting in measurable performance gains, and demonstrated experience with Lean principles and guiding change efforts to strengthen culture and improve productivity.
