Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day high-complexity testing in a CLIA-regulated environment in Massachusetts. You will supervise testing personnel, schedule shifts, review quality controls, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining a safe, compliant lab.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a laboratory science and 2–4 years of CLIA-supervisor experience, with ASCP preferred. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required per CLIA standards.
• 2–4 years of experience as per Technical Supervisor CLIA standards.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Must provide documented CLIA-compliant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day high complexity testing and ensure accuracy of results.
• Schedule and maintain complete coverage of shifts across the laboratory.
• Review and monitor payroll activities and related compliance.
• Provide orientation and annual performance evaluations for testing personnel.
• Maintain documentation required by regulatory agencies (QA, maintenance, service records).
• Troubleshoot instrument/computer issues and escalate as needed.
• Promote safe and clean lab environment per OSHA/CLIA requirements.
