Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in lab science; military lab procedures training or equivalent.
• Minimal 2 years of clinical lab testing experience in high complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all functions within the laboratory section.
• Ensure services meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform laboratory testing as needed and maintain the section's computer data base.
• Evaluate staff using guidelines to assess competency and support professional growth.
• Coordinate on-site training of students and new hires.
