Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science field required.
• MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification is required.
• Must be certified in all areas of the Lab.
• Three years clinical laboratory experience and one year lead/supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff and analytical activities during shift.
• Plan, assign, review and evaluate work to ensure quality results.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other supervisory staff and administration.
