Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Sr Manager DC OPS MHE to lead material handling equipment and PIT operations at our distribution center. This role ensures uptime, reliability, and lifecycle management for forklifts, conveyors, RFID, and ASRS systems, while partnering across operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, and external partners.

The position requires strategic leadership to improve maintenance maturity, safety, and cost efficiency, with responsibility for budgets, performance metrics, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of DC, manufacturing, or logistics experience with MHE/PIT.
• Experience with MHE/PIT and automation providers (e.g., KNAPP, Honeywell).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day MHE/PIT performance including uptime and reliability.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and lifecycle planning.
• Lead vendor audits and partner management.
• Drive cost optimization and safety improvements.
