Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks a maintenance leader to drive a continuous improvement culture in our distribution centers. You will develop, implement, and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and facility maintenance programs to maximize safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, coach cross-functional partners, and manage projects that optimize product flow and operating costs while conforming to safety guidelines and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with material handling equipment and automation in distribution centers.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive safety and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot solutions impacting facility product flow.
• Create and review preventative maintenance programs to resolve safety, quality and flow issues.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to deliver results.
• Execute initiatives to optimize operational excellence within a distribution center.
• Drive and lead diverse projects and assignments.
