Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a hands‑on manufacturing engineering technician to support projects, run tests, collect data, and analyze results to boost process efficiency and product quality.

You will troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to drive improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
• Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
• Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and design to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and process improvements.
