Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Texas is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product introductions, contributing to efficient, high-quality output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply MES and Lean principles, and write/modify machining programs to optimize tooling and fixtures for scale-up.

A technical degree with 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline or machining apprenticeship completed.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering or technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QC, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with CAD, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience with MES and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering activities including process development, validation, and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and scale-up.
• Write/modify programs for new/existing parts to improve machining.
• Select tooling and fixtures for inspection and machining.
