Job summary
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to join a global team and kickstart a career in optimizing manufacturing processes. You will gain hands-on experience with process design, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance across multiple sites in the United States.
You will collaborate with experienced professionals, apply lean principles, CAD tools, and manufacturing simulations, and contribute to safe, compliant operations while preparing for full-time roles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026-July 2027
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Contribute to sustaining product quality and operational excellence
