Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support the Mechanical Systems & Components (MSC) business unit in Arizona. You will lead a team of technicians, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth operation of engineering processes and systems to drive project success.

You will troubleshoot issues, contribute to process development and validation, maintain manufacturing docs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with operating automation equipment and associated computers.
• Experience with DraftSight (CAD) or equivalent and creating detailed documents using Excel, Word and photo capture software.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• This position requires US Person status under export laws.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects through process development, testing, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and equipment specifications.
