Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud risk, digital platforms, programming or related domain.
• Experience with API-based authentication, device and behavioral intelligence.
• Familiarity with device fingerprinting, orchestration layers, and customer authentication.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
• Agile delivery and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MFA architecture SME for the digital fraud prevention domain.
• Partner with Fraud Policy, Requirements, and Analytics to support risk-based authentication settings.
• Analyze fraud patterns and adapt MFA rules to emerging threats.
• Explain authentication journeys to stakeholders and data attributes influencing risk decisions.
• Oversee MFA rule changes and post-implementation validation.
• Lead enhancements in fraud detection dashboards and API health monitoring.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing on MFA architecture.
