Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in technology, with a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture or senior Solution Architecture roles within global financial institutions.
• Fraud Technology delivery experience at major global banks or leading fraud technology vendors.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale portfolio rationalization initiatives and defining target-state architectures for complex, high-impact portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap and target-state architecture for the global Fraud domain.
• Map end-to-end fraud journeys across NAM and International regions and translate requirements into technology initiatives.
• Lead portfolio rationalization, decommission legacy systems, and reduce technical debt.
• Lead Cloud/AI integration efforts, evaluating Generative AI and agentic AI in production fraud solutions.
• Governance: embed risk controls and design governance forums; ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor solution architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
