Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a senior MFA architect to lead authentication strategy design for digital fraud prevention. You will drive risk-based MFA settings, analyze fraud patterns, and guide cross-functional teams across Fraud Operations, Technology, and Business units.
The role emphasizes governance of authentication journeys, rule design validation, and real-time alerting to optimize customer access while reducing fraud losses. Strong programming and analytics skills are required.
The digital multi-factor authentication (MFA) architecture & design team is responsible for authentication strategies that support digital fraud prevention across Citi. This team partners closely with Fraud Policy, Fraud Requirements, Fraud Analytics, Technology, and Identity teams to design and validate authentication frameworks that reduce fraud losses, optimize customer access, and scale operational response. The team plays a critical role in shaping authentication rule design, supporting innovation in digital access controls, and leading enterprise collaboration on threat mitigation strategies related to authentication-based fraud.
Education: Bachelor’s/University degree, Masters degree preferred #LI-BS1
Experience with C, C++, Java strongly preferred
Experience with SQL, Data Warehousing, Tableau preferred
