Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in semiconductor processing, wafer-level assembly, or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in process development methodologies and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology development and enablement across high‑volume manufacturing and future technology nodes.
• Lead the design and development of advanced metrology and inspection processes.
• Define and own the metrology group's long‑range technology roadmap.
• Perform pathfinding activities to support process and hardware development.
• End‑to‑end qualification of new metrology equipment from installation to fab readiness.
• Serve as primary technical resource for fab support and tool fleet performance.
• Recommend equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiency.
